Procedure for Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

This procedure outlines the steps for individuals or entities to report intellectual property infringement to MySisterIsASurvivor, ensuring that intellectual property rights are respected and protected. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon, or you wish to report such an infringement, please follow this procedure:

Step 1: Identify the Infringement

Before proceeding with a report, it's important to clearly identify and document the alleged infringement. Be prepared to provide specific details, such as the type of intellectual property (e.g., trademark, copyright) that has been infringed and any relevant evidence, including URLs, images, or descriptions of the infringing content.

Step 2: Contact Information

For a swift and effective resolution, we recommend the following contact method:

• Email: Send an email to Admin@MySisterIsASurvivor.com. Use a subject line that clearly indicates this is a report of intellectual property infringement.

Step 3: Information to Include in the Report

In your email report, please include the following information:

1. Your Contact Information:

   • Full name
   • Contact address
   • Email address
   • Phone number

2. Nature of Infringement:

   • Specify the type of intellectual property being infringed (e.g., trademark, copyright).
   • Describe the infringing content, providing details about what, where, and how the infringement occurred.

3. Evidence of Infringement:

   • Include specific evidence, such as URLs, images, or descriptions, that substantiate your claim of infringement.

4. Ownership Proof:

   • Attach evidence demonstrating your ownership of the intellectual property in question (e.g., trademark registration certificate, copyright registration).

5. Statement of Good Faith:

   • Include a statement that the information in your report is accurate and that you are making the report in good faith.

Step 4: Review and Response

Upon receiving your report, MySisterIsASurvivor will promptly review the provided information and investigate the alleged infringement. The investigation will assess the validity of the claim and determine appropriate actions.

Step 5: Resolution

Once the investigation is complete, MySisterIsASurvivor will take one of the following actions:

1. If the report is deemed valid and infringement is confirmed:

   • The infringing content will be removed or disabled promptly.
   • Further actions may be taken to prevent future infringements.

2. If the report is not valid or additional information is required:

   • MySisterIsASurvivor will communicate with the reporting party to seek clarification or additional evidence.

Step 6: Notification

MySisterIsASurvivor will communicate the findings of the investigation to the reporting party via email, providing information on the actions taken or the reasons for not taking action.

Note: Please be aware that making false claims of intellectual property infringement can have legal consequences. Ensure that your report is accurate and made in good faith.
