Shipping Policy

At MySisterIsASurvivor, all of our products are printed on-demand to ensure the highest quality and to maintain a small environmental footprint. This does mean it may take a bit longer to ship your order, particularly during busy holiday seasons.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

All items are made-to-order. Once you place your order, we print it just for you, ensuring every item is made with care. Production begins within 24 hours of order placement. To estimate when your order will arrive, please refer to the timeframes below:

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's delivery progress. If you have any questions about your tracking information, please contact our customer support team.

Shipping Partners & Delivery

We work with a variety of shipping partners, and most orders within the U.S. are delivered by USPS. Please note that the estimated delivery times above apply only to orders shipped within the U.S. using standard shipping methods.

Expedited Shipping

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not currently offer expedited or rush shipping options. All orders follow the standard processing and shipping timeframes listed above.

International Orders

For international shipping, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, as the final delivery will be handled by your local postal service. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply to international orders.

Peak Season & Holiday Delays

During peak periods (including November-December holiday season, Valentine's Day, and other major holidays), processing and shipping times may be extended due to high order volume. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at CustomerService@MySisterIsASurvivor.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once production has begun, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

While we aim to process and ship your order within the timeframes listed above, these are estimates and may vary based on individual circumstances. Some items may take longer due to unexpected conditions or high demand during peak periods.
